Get up and exercise
When you start a healthy diet, which automatically reduces caloric intake and begin to shed some weight. However, unless you add to the mix of exercise, your metabolism will slow and possibly, ultimately, reduce their ability to burn stomach fat. There is no way to focus on specific areas of fat loss. Crunches, squats and other exercises serve only to specific abdominal muscle tone. The only way to get slim tummy of your dreams is to burn fat.
